Through our extensive team and fleet, CPL manage multiple retail installations and decommissions. Working closely with the IT systems providers and the retailer we plan, train, deliver the project, manage all resource requirements and report with photo evidence for the client to give assurance the project has been successful. Managing swap outs, full installation or decommissioning including complete inventory management, quality assessment and verification, data transfer, serial number matching, furniture and signage removal, managing
